Report a pothole

Four short sections. Only the photo, the address and your name are compulsory — everything else makes the price more accurate, and you can skip it if you are standing in traffic.

1. Photograph the pothole

Stand back far enough to get the road around it — that is what shows how big it is. Stay out of the traffic lane. A photo you took earlier works too, and often carries better location data.

2. Where is it

If your photo carried a location we have already filled this in. Check it — a contractor has to find this hole.

A street name and the nearest number or landmark. For example: Ridge Road, outside number 42.

3. How big is it

Only if it is safe to measure. Depth is the one that changes the price most — a tape measure or a ruler against the side is enough.

How bad is it

Water standing in it, a burst pipe underneath, how much traffic uses the road — anything that changes the job.

4. Who should we send the price to

Nothing is booked and nothing is owed until you say go.

For example: 082 123 4567
